Haiwang Jiu Dao is located in the Shicheng Archipelago on the sea surface of Shicheng Town, Zhuanghe City. It is 15 nautical miles south of Zhuanghe and 60 nautical miles east to the mouth of the Yalu River. It is one of the island scenic spots in the Changshan Archipelago Scenic Area. The entire district is composed of the sparsely and densely arranged Da Haiwang, Xiao Haiwang, Shoulong, and six small islands resembling the shapes of turtles, elephants, lions, and frogs, such as Yuanbao, Haigui, Jingwa, Guanxiang, Shuangshi, and Tuanhe.
The main attractions include the Haiwang Ding International Lighthouse, Northern Bird Island, Black and White Stones, Turtle Stone, Yinwo Stone Forest, Chengshan City Site, and the Southwest Bathing Beach. The entire area is exquisitely distributed, with beautiful scenery, coastal erosion landforms, a variety of postures, and peculiar reefs and rocks in various shapes, all naturally sculpted.
