The Grandmother Temple, located at the main peak of Ai Mountain, faces north to south and is structured as a compound with three rows and two courtyards. It was constructed under the supervision of the Prime Minister Liu Yong during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty when he visited Ai Mountain for ancestor worship, making it a place where people seek blessings and make wishes. The temple is open to visitors from 08:40 to 16:30 all year round.
